Shipping methods

Perfume contains alcohol and is classified as a flammable liquid for shipping. US regulations require ground transport: air shipment is not available, regardless of the option selected.

Returns and exchanges

Perfume is a sealed product. We accept bottles with an intact tamper-evident seal within thirty days of receipt.

1. Request a return

   Use your confirmation email or write to us with your order number.

2. Receive your label

   We will send a prepaid label suitable for ground transport of flammable liquids.

3. Reuse the original box

   It is designed for transport. Unsuitable packaging may result in the carrier refusing the parcel.

4. Refund within five days

   From receipt of the parcel in Miami, to your original payment method.

Two things to know. Opened bottles or bottles with a broken seal cannot be returned under US cosmetics regulations. Never arrange your own return shipment: carriers refuse perfume parcels without the required markings.

Damaged item

If your bottle arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and product before handling them, then contact us within forty-eight hours. We will arrange a replacement without requiring a prior return.
